RIMAP is now expanding its hotel portfolio into the downtown Ottawa market.</p> <p>RIMAP-managed hotels dominate Montreal’s downtown skyline: the <strong>HoneyRose Hotel Montreal, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel</strong>, the <strong>Hilton Garden Inn Montreal</strong>, the <strong>Courtyard Marriott Montreal</strong>, the <strong>Holiday Inn & Suites Montreal</strong>, the <strong>AC Marriott Montreal</strong>, and the <strong>Moxy Montreal Downtown</strong>.</p> <p>The <strong>Multi-Property Sales Manager</strong> position is part of RIMAP Hospitality’s sales team and involves working across multiple company properties.</p>   <h2>WHAT WE OFFER</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive salary</p> </li> <li> <p>Group insurance</p> </li> <li> <p>Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)</p> </li> <li> <p>Paid personal days</p> </li> <li> <p>Orientation program</p> </li> <li> <p>Dry-cleaning service</p> </li> <li> <p>Marriott travel benefits</p> </li> <li> <p>Discount on public transportation on the Island of Montreal</p> </li> </ul>   <h2>RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <p>Under the supervision of RIMAP Hospitality’s <strong>Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing</strong>:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Target, solicit, and secure new accounts in specified market segments</p> </li> <li> <p>Make prospecting calls and initiate hotel tours to establish and maintain long-term business relationships</p> </li> <li> <p>Implement specific marketing actions to support market segments and develop existing accounts to achieve sales targets</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain a balance between occupancy, market segments, and average rates to achieve budgeted RevPar</p> </li> <li> <p>Set and adjust rates by monitoring costs, supply, and demand</p> </li> <li> <p>Achieve and exceed sales and production goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis</p> </li> <li> <p>Travel among all company properties to support sales teams and cover absences and needs within the sales and banquets department</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in business trade shows, external client events, and prospective travel as needed</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare and write weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in the Managers on Duty program, being available certain evenings and weekends</p> </li> <li> <p>Any other related tasks</p> </li> </ul>
