<p class="text-node"><strong>Duties</strong></p><p class="text-node">• The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in the guest experience by ensuring the proper operation, safety, and general maintenance of the hotel.<br>• This position is responsible for repairs, preventive maintenance, and the timely resolution of guest and departmental requests.</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Experience</strong></p><p class="text-node">• Experience in general maintenance or building maintenance (hotel experience is an asset).<br>• Experience in a similar role (maintenance, construction, or technical services).<br>• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and general repairs.<br>• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.<br>• Experience in a service environment (guest interaction) is an asset.</p>
