<p class="text-node"><strong>Job Description :</strong></p><p class="text-node">We are a 36-room hotel located in Baie-Saint-Paul in Charlevoix. We are looking for a versatile and autonomous maintenance manager to ensure upkeep.</p><p class="text-node">This key position requires manual technical skills and management abilities. In the low season, you will work independently, and in the high season, you will lead a small team of 2 collaborators.</p><p class="text-node">The primary responsibilities of the position are</p><p class="text-node">1- maintenance of buildings (ensuring regular and emergency repairs)</p><p class="text-node">2- management of swimming pools and spas (daily chemical analysis, maintenance of filtration systems, pumps, and heating, opening and closing according to the season)</p><p class="text-node">3- summer grounds maintenance (supervising, planning, and distributing daily tasks to 2 employees, overseeing regular landscaping maintenance (lawn mowing, waste management, site cleanliness))</p><p class="text-node">4- snow removal (operating manual and mechanical snow removal, securing traffic surfaces, and keeping equipment in perfect working order)</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Housing available</strong></p><p class="text-node">Benefits :</p><p class="text-node"></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">On-site gym</p></li><li><p class="text-node">On-site parking</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
