In addition, you would be working in a brand new property located in the heart of Laval in the Espace Montmorency accessible from the Montmorency metro. Our property contains 188 rooms and suites in a contemporary decor. Our establishment offers a variety of services including the first rooftop terrace in Laval. In the center of the Espace Montmorency is the Piazza with its magnificent garden in the summer and an ice rink in the winter.

Job description

Vous devrez offrir un service d’accueil aux invités en les assignant une table et en leurs assurant un service rapide et courtois. Saluer avec bienveillance les invites lors de leur arrivée et de leur départ.

· Accueillir la clientèle avec courtoisie et diligence

· Repartir la clientèle dans les différentes sections du restaurant en fonction des attentes de celle-ci

· Répondre au téléphone et aux questions de la clientèle

· S’assurer de la propreté, de l’ordre de la salle à manger

· Connaissance du plan de table

· Transmettre au serveur les problèmes de satisfaction de la clientèle

· Interaction avec le client

· Gestion de la file d’attente

· Attitudes pour le service à la clientèle

· Esprit d’équipe

· Très bon sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation

· Aptitude et comportement professionnel

· Très bonne habilites de communication

· Bilinguisme

· Autonomie et sens de l’initiative

· Salaire compétitif + pourboires sous forme d’indice
