ROLE Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing various space maintenance tasks according to established planning, cleaning and maintaining the premises and grounds in order to keep exterior and interior spaces in good condition and clean. You will be called upon to carry out repairs, installations and inspections required to maintain the building and equipment. RESPONSABILITIES <ul> <li>Keep property entrances and accesses clean and safe;</li> <li>Keep underground parking lot clean and safe;</li> <li>Remove snow and/or salt from exterior entrances (winter);</li> <li>Remove winter protection and open the lot in spring;</li> <li>Close the lot at the end of the season and install winter protection;</li> <li>Maintain exterior landscaping; mow lawns, trim hedges and shrubs, clear undergrowth, do gardening and maintain flowers and plants, do watering;</li> <li>Assist and remove waste containers with the technical maintenance team;</li> <li>Change light bulbs in common areas;</li> <li>Sweep, clean or vacuum compactor rooms, storage rooms, electrical room, recycling room, ventilation grilles, garage, garage doors, gates, ramps, loading dock, pipes, walls and storage rooms, exterior entrances, fire escapes;</li> <li>Collaborate with housekeeping to collect dirt and garbage throughout the site;</li> <li>Arrange equipment in appropriate locations; take care of equipment provided;</li> <li>Have a preventive concern for the safety of the site, building, equipment, fire, theft and vandalism;</li> <li>Contribute to projects and upgrades;</li> <li>Participate in general room maintenance during housekeeping;</li> <li>All other related tasks.</li> </ul> SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li>High school diploma completed.</li> <li>A minimum of one year of experience as a dishwasher.</li> <li>Responsible.</li> <li>Reliable.</li> <li>Like to work in a team.</li> <li>Good speed of execution.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure.</li> <li>Availability: day, evening, weekends.</li> <li>Be able to work long hours standing.</li> <li>Move, lift, transport, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 15 pounds.</li> </ul> *Our organization is an employer aware of professional fairness and is committed to recruiting a diverse workforce and maintaining an inclusive culture.
