About the role:
*Due to local regulations, priority will be given to candidates who are authorized to work in Canada and are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
The Guest Service Supervisor supports daily operations with a focus on guest services (bellhop, doorman). Versatile and collaborative, they work across departments—housekeeping, spa, front desk, and reservations—to ensure a high-quality guest experience, adherence to hotel standards, and efficient planning aligned with business needs.
What you will do:
·Oversees daily team presence and performance across departments (front desk, guest services, spa, CORE, housekeeping), ensuring effective communication and operational follow-through.
·Manages guest services staff (bellhops, doormen), including baggage handling, lost/damaged luggage situations, and high-level service for guest requests and special needs.
· Supports and delivers staff training and coaching, conducts standards testing, and guides teams to meet or exceed performance benchmarks
· Handles guest complaints and requests with professionalism and promptness, ensuring exceptional service through all channels (in person, phone, chat).
· Maintains property cleanliness and safety, responds to emergencies, and upholds hygiene standards and local regulations at all times.
·Monitors payroll compliance and supply needs, ensures accurate timekeeping and timely ordering based on stock levels.
· Leads by example, fostering teamwork, adhering to Four Seasons conduct policies, and stepping in to assist with any related tasks as needed.
Requirements
What you bring:
· 1–2 years of experience in luxury hospitality in an operational supervisory role
·College diploma in a related field preferred
· Computer proficiency and strong knowledge of major front desk PMS systems are essential
·Strong communication skills
· Clear supervisory and leadership abilities
