We are looking for a dedicated and motivating person to join our operations team.</p><h3 class="heading-node"><strong>Job Description</strong></h3><p class="text-node">Reporting to the Guest Experience Director, the supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the front desk and concierge. He/she plays a key role in mentoring the team, maintaining service standards, and ensuring the quality of the guest experience.</p><h3 class="heading-node"><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Supervise the daily operations of the front desk (arrivals, departures, guest requests)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure an active presence on the ground, particularly during busy periods</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Guide, motivate, and support the front desk team</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in work organization (scheduling, priorities, assignments)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPI) and propose corrective actions</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure coordination with other departments, notably housekeeping</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Oversee the preparation and compliance of rooms for guest arrivals</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure the smooth running of guests' stays and anticipate their needs</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Develop personalized and lasting relationships with clients</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage complex situations and ensure proactive resolution of issues</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Provide personalized recommendations and make reservations (activities, restaurants, transportation, etc.)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure the implementation of brand experience programs (Westin Family, RunWestin, ambassador, etc.)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure compliance with Westin brand standards</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Follow up on customer feedback and requests</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Respond to online reviews and contribute to hotel reputation management</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Identify and propose initiatives to enhance the guest experience</p></li></ul><h3 class="heading-node"></h3><p class="text-node"></p>

Requirements

<h3 class="heading-node"><strong>Desired Profile</strong></h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Degree in hotel management or related field (AEC or DEC)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience (an asset)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Recognized leadership and professionalism</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Strong communication and teamwork skills</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Self-motivated, dynamic, and organized</p></li><li><p class="text-node">High availability and flexibility</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Comfortable with performance data tracking and reading operational reports</p></li></ul><h3 class="heading-node"><strong>Technical Skills</strong></h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Familiarity with Marriott systems and Lightspeed (an asset)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge of online review platforms and social media</p></li></ul><h3 class="heading-node"><strong>Working Conditions</strong></h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Variable schedule, primarily on weekends and holidays</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Key role in guest experience within a recognized hotel</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Stimulating work environment in the heart of Tremblant Village</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
