heart of the action.</p><p class="text-node">As a true ambassador of the MVP Executive Lounge, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the club, the quality of the experience offered to our members, and the coordination of our events.</p><p class="text-node">You will ensure that every member and guest enjoys an exceptional experience while effectively managing operations and teams.</p><h2 class="heading-node">Your Main Responsibilities</h2><h3 class="heading-node">Member Experience and High-End Hospitality</h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Warmly welcome members and their guests in an exclusive environment.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Provide personalized, attentive, discreet, and professional service.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Anticipate members' needs and ensure their complete satisfaction.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Develop privileged relationships with our clientele.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure compliance with service standards inspired by five-star hospitality.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Actively participate in serving and preparing spaces as needed.</p></li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Management of Daily Operations</h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Supervise the opening, preparation, and daily operation of the Lounge.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and impeccable presentation of all facilities.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Coordinate maintenance teams and ensure quality standards are maintained.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Check the overall ambiance: lighting, music, temperature, fireplace, and equipment.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage inventory, supplies, purchases, and orders.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure a welcoming, organized, and impeccable environment at all times.</p></li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Coordination of Exclusive Events</h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Plan and coordinate corporate, private, and member events.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Collaborate with clients, caterers, sommeliers, artists, speakers, DJs, and partners.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Supervise teams, schedules, and event proceedings.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure effective communication with suppliers and organizers.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure smooth event execution before, during, and after.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage unforeseen situations with professionalism, efficiency, and creativity.</p></li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Management of Members, Visits, and Reservations</h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Conduct Lounge visits for prospective members and clients.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Present spaces, services, memberships, and rental possibilities.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure the integration of new members and manage their access.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Respond to reservation requests and prepare proposals.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Follow up with members, clients, and partners.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Contribute to the development of memberships and event rentals.</p></li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Leadership, Administration, and Development</h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p
