Reporting to the Director of Revenue, the Revenue Manager is responsible for the day-to-day revenue optimization, forecasting, and execution of pricing strategies across all assigned properties — hotels, spa, apartments and banquet spaces — within a total revenue management approach. The Revenue Manager ensures rate parity across all distribution channels and maintains alignment between pricing strategies and brand positioning. Based on analysis, the Revenue Manager provides structured and proactive recommendations to the Director of Revenue to support strategic decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY

  • Prepare detailed performance analysis and recommend strategic adjustments;
  • Produce and present month-end reports as well as occupancy and revenue forecasts;
  • Support the Director of Revenue in the development of new revenue management tools;
  • Monitor competitive pricing and assess the impact of pricing decisions on hotel performance;
  • Track key hotel performance indicators to identify revenue optimization opportunities;
  • Stay informed of industry trends and market changes and analyze their impact on demand;
  • Produce performance analyses (RevPAR, segment mix, pick-up, pace, compression, displacement) and provide clear, actionable recommendations;
  • Actively participate in revenue management meetings.

DISTRIBUTION, INVENTORY AND PRICING OVERSIGHT

  • Manage inventory, rates, restrictions, reservations, and content across all distribution channels;
  • Control the flow of transient and group bookings to apply appropriate rate adjustments and restrictions;
  • Collaborate with Reservations and Sales teams to ensure alignment between inventory management and pricing strategies;
  • Oversee group maintenance (cut-off, pick-up, wash);
  • Conduct regular audits across all distribution channels to ensure accuracy of content, rates, inventory, and availability;
  • Ensure the continuity of the Revenue department’s operations in the absence of the Director of Revenue.

SUPPORT TO SALES, MARKETING AND RESERVATIONS

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align pricing and inventory strategies with revenue objectives;
  • Evaluate, analyze, and set group rates across all hotels;
  • Evaluate, analyze, and set rates for special requests originating from the Reservations department;
  • Support the Director of Revenue in the development, communication, and implementation of revenue management processes and strategies across Reservations, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6+ years of experience in revenue management within a multi-asset hospitality environment;
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, demand analysis, and pricing optimization using an RMS (IDeaS strongly preferred);
  • Excellent knowledge of hotel systems, including PMS (OPERA), distribution platforms (SynXis), and major OTA extranets;
  • High level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a data-driven decision-making mindset;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools;
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of rigor.
