The front desk clerk must also handle first level complaints.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node">Availability and flexibility, rigor and team spirit are essential criteria for a job as a receptionist. It is essential to have a sense of detail and a good interpersonal skills for contact with customers. The front desk clerk should have a keen sense of initiative and be able to remain calm under pressure.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node">The front desk clerk position requires working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays (may include nights). The organization of work may vary depending on the occupancy rate of the hotel and the tourist season.</p><p class="text-node"></p>
