<h2 class="heading-node"><u>Job Description</u></h2><p class="text-node">Under the supervision of the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager and in collaboration with the Executive Chef, the <strong>Food and Beverage Director</strong> is responsible for:</p><p class="text-node">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The normal daily management functions (pub, banquets, and snacks):</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; human resources management</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; end-of-day cash management</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; customer management and ensuring their satisfaction</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; group management in the Pub and/or for banquets</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; inventory management</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; order management (beverages, alcohol, wine)</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; wine list design</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; management of the Master D configuration</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; purchasing management</p><p class="text-node">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You will be expected to act as a server, barmaid, or head waiter while collaborating with your team.</p>
