Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Executive Chef to manage and oversee all aspects of our culinary operations — both in-house and off-site. This is a leadership role that requires a strong culinary background, solid operational skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic team in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive chef or leadership role within a high-volume kitchen or catering environment.
  • Proven experience in managing kitchen operations for both in-house and off-site catering.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
