evening shift (e.g., 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. or 4 p.m. – midnight)
Greet guests upon arrival and complete check-in and check-out procedures
Answer phone calls and emails
Manage reservations and changes
Process payments
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Coordinate with other departments
Maintain a safe and quiet environment during the shift
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Good stress and situation management skills
Proficient with computer tools and hotel management software
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reception experience (an asset)
