Here, every meal is a multisensory performance.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong>SUBTERRA (52 seats)</strong> – A hidden underground speakeasy where creative spirits, night owls, and insiders gather. With rare spirits, avant-garde cocktails, and an audiophile atmosphere, Subterra is a secret that everyone wants to uncover.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">Every dish, every cocktail, every note of music tells a story. It’s time to write yours.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong>YOUR ROLE</strong></p><p class="text-node">As an evening cook, you will be part of the driving force behind the SonoLux experience. Your mission: to ensure that every guest leaves not only satisfied but amazed. Execute refined, seasonal dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail while contributing to an exceptional culinary experience. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain the highest standards of quality, organization, and cleanliness.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong>MAIN DUTIES</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Prepare and set up your workstation before service.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Execute dishes according to established standards (flavors, cooking, presentation, and consistency).</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintain a clean, organized working environment in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Collaborate with line chefs and the sous-chef during service.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Restock your station and actively participate in smooth operations.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure cleaning, storage, and closing of the station after service.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Working hours: Part-time (with the possibility of full-time), 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, minimum of 3 days, including Saturday and Sunday.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Fast-paced and stimulating environment requiring standing for long periods.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Schedule may vary between <strong>32 and 40 hours per week</strong> depending on operational needs and the season.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Salary based on experience and qualifications, starting at $21.00/hour.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong>WHY JOIN SONOLUX?</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">A unique concept – Be part of an adventure where cuisine meets art and music. Requirements

<p class="text-node"><strong>REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Passionate about modern cuisine</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Team spirit, autonomy, precision, and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Quick execution, resourcefulness, and ability to perform under pressure.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Good physical condition and ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Attention to detail, passion for cooking, and a desire to learn and grow.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Training in cooking or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p class="text-node"><strong>1 to 3 years of experience</strong> in a similar position, ideally in quality dining or a comparable establishment.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
