<p>We are looking for an honest and dynamic person to fill the position of Group Sales Manager for the Nouvelle Hôtel located in Montreal.</p>
<p>Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for using appropriate marketing and sales strategies to achieve the company's sales and customer retention objectives.</p>

<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts</li>
<li>Manage, develop, and retain an existing client portfolio (corporate, SMERF, associations, corporate groups, and tour & travel)</li>
<li>Dedicate significant time to prospecting and developing new business opportunities to increase revenue</li>
<li>Provide ongoing support to the sales team in terms of training and procedures</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong professional network</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures</li>
<li>Maintain effective communication with various departments</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with operational teams (front desk, reservations, accounting) to optimize overall performance</li>

<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>

<li>Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in hotel management, an asset</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Years of Experience Required:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Four (4) to six (6) years of relevant hotel sales experience</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Languages:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bilingualism (French and English) is required in this position as we serve an international clientele.</li>
