Job description
We are looking for a director of finance to complete our team. This person will join our executive team, and manage the accounting department team.
Responsabilities :
Management of the accounting department;
Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of internal controls in accordance with the company's financial and operational policies;
Support to general management in the planning and budget monitoring process;
Advice to general management on resolution of financial management problems and administrative procedures;
Liquidity management;
Production of financial statements within the framework of the policies, procedures and deadlines prescribed by the company;
Verification and management of compliance with applicable laws and regulations (purchases of materials, taxes, etc.);
Preparation of financial statements;
General ledger entry entries;
Production of declarations to governments;
Payroll processing;
Any other task relating to the sound financial management of the company.
Conditions :
Full time, Monday to Friday
Salary according to experience
RRSP, with employer contribution of up to 3%
Group insurance paid at 70% by the employer

Requirements
Bachelor degree in accounting or any related field;
5 to 10 years of experience;
Experience in the hotel industry (important asset);
Advance level of Microsoft Excel;
Experience with Sage300 & Beanworks (asset);
Experience with Opéra (asset);
Experience with Maître D’ (asset);
Facility to communicate and to work in team;
Sense of initiative, autonomy, versatility;
Bilingual French and English, spoken and written, due to the international side of the company.
