Description
We are looking for an Experience Curator (Concierge) to embody excellence in guest service within our establishment. From the very first interaction, this individual will design and deliver exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Our Experience Curator will work closely with the front desk team to deliver impeccable service that reflects our DNA : elevated, captivating, and connected. At Humaniti Hotel Montreal, we are seeking individuals who have a deep understanding of human interactions and will deliver an experience in line with our wellness concept to our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Create personalized experiences for our guests.
· Provide tailored recommendations on Montreal’s attractions and experiences.
· Contact Marriott Bonvoy guests before their arrival to offer a customized stay.
· Review upcoming arrivals to ensure special requests are accommodated.
· Assign welcome gifts and coordinate with the restaurant team.
· Respond to guest feedback on various online platforms.
· Engage with guests to gather their impressions of their stay.
· Act as a concierge expert and resource for the team.
· Develop concierge tools and train Artisans on their usage.
· Proactively enhance guest stays through personalization.
· Stay informed on cultural and city events to provide up-to-date recommendations.
· Support colleagues as needed to ensure seamless service.
· Assist our Artisans during peak periods: welcome and check in guests upon arrival and handle checkouts professionally and efficiently.
· Assign rooms accurately, considering rates and special requests.
· Make, modify, or cancel reservations and note special requests.
· Take a proactive approach in handling guest concerns and requests.
· Deliver service that exceeds expectations and inspire the team to do the same.
· Ensure seamless collaboration between hotel departments.
· Perform any other related tasks as required.
Requirements
· Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and outstanding customer service.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
· Proactivity, initiative, and autonomy.
· (3) years of experience in hospitality.
· Experience as a concierge.
· Bilingual (French and English, requirement due to an international clientele).
· Availability during the day, evening, and weekends.
· Experience with Marriott chain hotels, an asset.
