Mont Gabriel with its 136 rooms, suites and apartments, golf course, tennis court, spa, health club, meeting and reception rooms, offers you the opportunity to be part of a great team.  Reserve your place within the dynamic and inclusive team by applying for a position today.</span></p></p> <p><p>Under the responsibility of the Executive Chef, the first cook prepares the various dishes that make up the menus of the points of sale, with a view to their consumption.</p> <ul> <li>Perform the preparation of the ingredients necessary for the preparation of the dishes.</li> <li>Set up workstations in anticipation of the various services.</li> <li>Prepare, cook and season the dishes in accordance with the norms and standards established by the chef.</li> <li>Carry out the assembly of the plate in accordance with the standards.</li> <li>Performs all other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the kitchen.</li> <li>Maintain work areas and equipment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation</li> <li>Ethics and integrity at work</li> <li>Have interpersonal skills</li> <li>Able to work in a team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Training:</strong></p> <ul> <li>D.E.P.
