About Us: La Nuit Shanghai is not just a restaurant—it’s an immersive dining spectacle where French elegance meets Asian vibrancy in the heart of DIX30. As a supperclub and cabaret, we blend world-class cuisine with dazzling performances, creating unforgettable nights for celebrations, dates, and luxury gatherings. We’re looking for a visionary Head Chef who can match the drama and sophistication of our venue with an exceptional fusion menu. The Role: As our Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen in crafting a high-end, innovative menu that complements the theatrical ambiance of La Nuit Shanghai. You’ll oversee culinary operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where food is as much a part of the show as the performances. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in both French and Asian culinary traditions, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities: • Design and execute a bold, refined Asian-French fusion menu that wows guests • Manage kitchen operations in a dynamic, high-volume supper club setting • Train and inspire a team to deliver flawless dishes under pressure • Ensure top-tier food quality, presentation, and consistency • Collaborate with management on seasonal menus, events, and VIP experiences Requirements: - 5+ years as Sous-Chef or 2+ years as Head Chef in upscale, fast-paced dining - Deep expertise in French techniques & Asian flavours (fusion experience a huge plus!) - Thrives in a high-energy, performance-driven environment - Passionate about elevating dining into an experience - Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills - Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management best practices - Culinary Education preferred, but not necessary
