<p>Reporting to the restaurant manager and his
assistant, the bartender is a mixologist who is always on the lookout for the
latest beverage trends. The bartender greets guests in a distinctive way. You
offer the drinks menu, offering recommendations or simply answering questions
from guests. You have a warm and personalized conversation.</p>

<p>Main tasks</p>

<p>Greet customers and provide prompt service.</p>

<p>Serve customers at tables.</p>

<p>Take customer orders by making recommendations and answering their
questions.</p>

<p>Share your menu knowledge to answer questions and special customer
requests.</p>

<p>Open and serve wine and champagne.</p>

<p>Prepare the garnishes.</p>

<p>Stock up on ice, glasses and paper products.</p>

<p>Set up the bar and keep it clean.</p>

<p>Enter transactions into the system (POS) error-free and in a timely
manner.</p>

<p>Clear tables, perform fence duties and replace cutlery and other
supplies.</p>

<p>Collaborate in the cleanliness, maintenance and maintain of the
professional image of the hotel.</p>

<p>Be vigilant and attentive to customer requests on food allergies and
intolerances and ensure that the information is specified in the kitchen.</p>
