<p class="text-node">Located in the heart of Old Quebec, the Clarendon Hotel is an iconic establishment renowned worldwide for its historical charm, elegance, and exceptional service quality.</p><p class="text-node">YOUR ROLE<br>Under the supervision of the Reception Manager, you contribute to the daily management of operations and play a key role in the customer experience as well as the continuous training of the team.</p><p class="text-node">RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Supervise reception operations</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Continuously enhance the customer experience</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage delicate situations and complaints</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Train, mentor, and engage the team</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Fill in for reception staff as needed</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Substitute for the Manager in her absence.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure the smooth running of various reception tasks.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">All other tasks related to this position.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
