Job description

Status: Temps plein

Salary: $20.31 per hour

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor supports the daily management of housekeeping operations. They supervise the housekeeping team and ensure that cleanliness, comfort, and quality standards are consistently maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in the daily management of the housekeeping team.
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and follow-up with employees.
  • Conduct room and public area inspections according to established standards.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee an optimal guest experience.
  • Follow hotel procedures and the Executive Housekeeper’s instructions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (hospitality, housekeeping, team management).
  • Strong skills in staff management, scheduling, and supervising rooms and public areas.
  • Knowledge of payroll basics, timesheets, reports, and inventory control.
  • Team player with the ability to foster a positive work environment.
