Martine Plante and Emmanuelle Villa, co-owners of Les Mordus, have the pleasure to announce that Jonathan Jeanrie, who was a chef at Montego for 14 years, takes the reins in the kitchen of the Brasserie Les Mordus. He broadcasts his creativity in a new diverse menu that navigates around sea food, but also meats dishes as well as vegetarian options.
