Cedric brings to the team over 15 years of international experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently from the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, La Malbaie Quebec, as the Director of Food and Beverage overseeing operations and previous to this in Conference and Catering Services. Other locations include the Radisson Blu Palace Hotel in Belgium, Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello, Quebec and La Sivolière, France. Cédric is also a graduate of a Catering, Marketing and Management Degree from the Catering School of Blois, France.
Cedric is excited at the opportunity to join the team at the Shaw Centre and starts his new journey on Monday, April 15th.
