Description

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their city and want to provide a memorable and personalized experience to each of our guests. From the moment our guests step into the Humaniti Hotel Montreal, our valets take the stage and are responsible for being the first point of contact with our guests. The exceptional quality of their service will leave a memorable mark on our clients' experience.
Our valets will work together with the front desk team to deliver impeccable service to our guests, reflecting our DNA: evolved, captivating, and connected. At the Humaniti Hotel Montreal, we are seeking individuals who have a deep understanding of human interactions and will deliver an experience in line with our wellness concept to our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel and provide assistance with luggage and personal belongings.
  • Inform guests about available parking options.
  • Park guest vehicles in the hotel’s parking facility.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after handling.
  • Keep an inventory of vehicle keys.
  • Deliver luggage to guest rooms upon arrival and retrieve it upon departure.
  • Provide driving directions or assist guests as needed.
  • Ensure the impeccable presentation of all reception areas, hallways, luggage storage, and parking facilities at all times.
  • Maintain the water dispenser and coffee machine.
  • Handle in-room dining deliveries and tray pickups.
  • Inspect departure rooms to ensure guests have checked out.
  • Deliver in-room gifts.
  • Provide service that exceeds guest expectations and promote this service quality throughout the entire team.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with all hotel departments.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.
Skills and Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
  • Proactivity, initiative, and autonomy.
  • (2) years of experience in high-end customer service.
  • Class 5 driver's license.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.
  • Bilingual (French and English, requirement due to an international clientele).
  • Availability during the day, evening, and weekends.
  • Experience with Marriott chain hotels, an asset.
