You won’t have a dull moment!!</p><p class="text-node"><br></p><p class="text-node">Being a sous-chef with us means:&nbsp;</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Representing the chef in their absence;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participating in the management of the Banquet kitchen;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensuring compliance with established standards and hygiene and cleanliness rules;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Actively participating in culinary development, menu creation for various food service outlets;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Managing the administrative aspects of service;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participating in the evaluation of employee performance and training;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensuring proper management of refrigerators and cleanliness of premises;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Actively participating in achieving financial objectives.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Respecting and enforcing current health regulations and measures in place.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Any other related tasks.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>

Requirements

<p class="text-node">This position is for you if:&nbsp;</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">You hold a professional studies diploma;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">You have three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar position;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">You know how to lead and mobilize a work team;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">You demonstrate creativity and know local products;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">You show a certain tolerance for stress;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">You have experience with high-volume production;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">You are flexible with your schedule (days, evenings, weekends)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">You have prior experience in hospitality and/or in a unionized environment (an asset);&nbsp;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">You have previously used Birchstreet and Ceridian software (an asset).</p></li></ul><p class="text-node">Are you convinced?!
