Elegant, warm, and refined, the ideal candidate brings empathy, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.</p><p class="text-node"><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide courteous, attentive service in line with Four Seasons standards, anticipating guest needs.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle setup and service (opening, closing, table setting, serving water, bread, dishes, beverages, coffee/tea).</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Present menus, explain dishes, and advise guests based on the Chef’s suggestions and the wine list.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Use hotel systems (Micros) for order taking, billing, and processing payments.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with the team (sommelier, busser, supervisor) to ensure smooth and efficient service, including during busy periods or for banquets.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow safety procedures, handle equipment with care, and report any issues or incidents to the supervisor.</p>
