Fung Shing Restaurant is looking for a server to join our dynamic team!

Since 1976, Fung Shing has been serving authentic Chinese cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere, located in the heart of Montreal’s Chinatown—just steps away from the Old Port. Our clientele includes both tourists and loyal local residents.

Job Description:
As a server, you will play a key role in delivering a great customer experience. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and maintaining cleanliness in the service areas and restrooms;

• Supporting the front-of-house team: clearing and cleaning tables during service, refilling water glasses and bottles, picking up debris around the tables, and assisting with food prep when needed;

• Assisting with end-of-day tasks: restocking stations, cleaning, and organizing work areas;

• Performing other related duties as needed to support daily operations.

• Efficiency, attention to detail, and cleanliness

• Reliability and punctuality

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is an asset, but not required

• French

• English
