About the role:
We are looking for a passionate, team-oriented individual to join our renowned restaurant. Elegant, warm, and refined, the ideal candidate brings empathy, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.
What you will do:
· Provide courteous, attentive service in line with Four Seasons standards, anticipating guest needs.
· Handle setup and service (opening, closing, table setting, serving water, bread, dishes, beverages, coffee/tea).
· Present menus, explain dishes, and advise guests based on the Chef’s suggestions and the wine list.
· Use hotel systems (Micros) for order taking, billing, and processing payments.
· Collaborate with the team (sommelier, busser, supervisor) to ensure smooth and efficient service, including during busy periods or for banquets.
· Follow safety procedures, handle equipment with care, and report any issues or incidents to the supervisor.
