The Sheraton Montreal Airport Hotel is looking for an extraordinary individual to join us as a part-time Restaurant Server.

Requirements

Summary

 

Reporting to the F&B Director, the incumbent is primarily responsible for the following:

 

Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with Sheraton standards.

Set up before and after service and keep the work area clean.

Know the menu, recommend options to customers.

Ensure all necessary equipment is in place prior to service.

Maintain and control stock

Check requisitioning of spirits and other non-alcoholic beverages

Ensure that bottles or items are replenished from the wine cellar and bar storage.

Ensure restaurant cleanliness

All other tasks required for the smooth running of the restaurant

Keep abreast of new trends

Close the end of each shift by printing the daily printout on the squirrel system, and make a deposit if necessary.

Desired qualifications 

Professional hospitality diploma

Knowledge of wines
