ABOUT THE POSITION Are you passionate about business relationships, sales, and customer service? Join our dynamic team and actively contribute to the growth of Hotel Mont Gabriel. Under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Representative plays a key role in business development, account management, and achieving sales objectives while delivering an exceptional client experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development • Identify and prospect new corporate clients, group business, and event opportunities • Conduct solicitation calls and ensure proper client follow-ups • Participate in sales presentations and networking activities • Contribute to sales development strategies • Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of prospects and opportunities Client Relationship Management • Maintain and follow up with existing clients • Respond to client inquiries and meet customer needs • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction • Foster client loyalty through regular follow-ups • Document interactions in the CRM system Sales and Negotiation • Prepare business proposals and quotations • Participate in the full sales cycle • Promote the hotel’s services and facilities • Develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities Coordination and Client Experience • Collaborate with reservations, events, and operations teams • Ensure effective communication of client information • Assist in resolving issues and monitoring client satisfaction Performance Monitoring • Track sales activities and results • Update the sales pipeline and CRM data • Participate in sales reporting and performance analysis • Contribute to achieving individual and team objectives PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Qualifications • Experience in sales, customer service, or business development • Experience in hospitality or tourism (an asset) • Education in administration, tourism, hospitality, or a related field (an asset) • Proficiency in French and a good knowledge of English • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools Required Skills • Excellent communication skills • Strong customer service orientation • Dynamic and positive attitude • Team spirit and collaboration • Autonomy and initiative • Strong ability to manage priorities • Attention to detail and rigor • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position as we serve an international clients.
