Why is this position important?

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports the hotel's commercial activities by coordinating events, managing group requests, creating marketing content, as well as providing administrative and logistical support to the sales team. It plays a central role between the internal teams (accommodation, banquets, kitchen, reception) and the customers, to guarantee a smooth and high-end execution of events and promotions.

Your main responsibilities:

Sales, administrative and coordination support

• Prepare contracts, business proposals, presentations and sales reports
• Manage the follow-up of client files (groups, corporate, events, etc.)
• Ensure the updating of customer databases (PMS, Sales Force, etc.)
• Prepare monthly sales reports
• Write purchase orders (BEO) and ensure that they are distributed to the departments concerned.
• Coordinate internal requests between departments (banquet, accommodation, marketing, etc.

Marketing and branding

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, visuals, etc.)
• Participate in the organization of customer visits, networking events and on-site activations
• Support visibility campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team

Communication and customer relations

• Answer incoming sales-related calls and emails and redirect to the right contacts.
• Track requests for availability, rates, and general information
• Maintain professional and efficient communication with external customers and partners at the height of a 5-star service.

Timetable

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Flexibility during events: possibility of evening or weekend work depending on operational needs and special events
• Permanent, full-time position

What it takes to succeed:

·        Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing or Event Management;

·        2 to 3 years of hotel experience or in a similar role

·        Bilingualism French/English, oral and written;

·        Proficiency in office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Marketing (Canva, etc.)

·        Knowledge of PMS, Delphi, and other platforms like CVENT would be an asset
