<p><b>Why you matter: </b>Under the direction of the <b>Director of Operations</b>, the
Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the operational
activities of reception, reservations, doormen/valet service and housekeeping,
in order to ensure an exceptional guest experience.</p>

<p><b>Your responsibilities</b></p>
<p><b>1. Supervision and management of operations </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate
arrivals, departures and special guest requests.</li>
<li>Work
closely with frontline teams and housekeeping and all other departments to
ensure smooth operations.</li>
<li>Review
and validate bookings and invoices for groups and congresses.</li>
<li>Conduct
regular inspection rounds to ensure cleanliness, quality and compliance of
spaces.</li>
<li>Produce
and verify the daily reports of the department.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>2. Personnel Management </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Coach,
motivate and supervise receptionists, janitors, valets, doormen and
maintenance workers.</li>
<li>Participate
in the hiring, training, integration and performance evaluation of staff.</li>
<li>Develop
schedules based on traffic and operational needs.</li>
<li>Apply
and enforce Hilton’s policies, procedures and standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>3. Management of financial and material resources </b></p>

<li>Assist
management in the preparation and monitoring of the budget.</li>
<li>Oversee
inventory management (equipment, supplies, uniforms).</li>
<li>Place
the necessary orders and control the costs related to the operations.</li>

<p><b>4. Customer Service </b></p>

ensure a professional and warm welcome, faithful to Hilton’s standards.</li>
<li>Respond
to customer needs with efficiency and empathy.</li>
<li>Proactively
handle complaints or sensitive situations and follow up with clients.</li>
