<p class="text-node">The room attendant is responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation of the suites to ensure a clean, comfortable environment that complies with the hotel's quality standards.</p><p class="text-node">The holder of this position ensures an exceptional customer experience by maintaining rigorous cleaning of the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas of the suites.</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Perform complete cleaning and restoration of the suites according to the standards set by the hotel.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure the maintenance of rooms, including changing bedding, arranging towels, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and countertops.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Perform maintenance of kitchen areas in the suites: cleaning countertops, appliances, dishes, surfaces, cabinets, and equipment as needed.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Restock amenities, welcome products, bathroom items, and supplies necessary for guest comfort.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Empty trash and ensure the overall cleanliness of the suites before guest arrivals.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Check the overall condition of rooms and report any issues, damage, or maintenance needs.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Properly use cleaning products and equipment while adhering to safety procedures.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Keep your workspace and equipment clean, organized, and well-stocked.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Adhere to the establishment’s policies, procedures, and service standards.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Perform any other related tasks associated with the position.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
