Renowned for its elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and authentic cuisine, our restaurant is a pillar of the Montreal culinary scene. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate restaurant manager to join our leadership team.</p><p class="text-node">Responsibilities:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure an exceptional customer experience through high hospitality standards</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and orders</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Implement health, safety, and hygiene standards</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Collaborate with the kitchen team and management to maintain quality and consistency</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Handle customer feedback professionally</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Monitor financial performance (budgets, costs, profitability)</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>

Requirements

<ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience (fine dining or high-end cuisine is an asset)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Strong leadership and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Passion for hospitality and Thai cuisine</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Bilingualism (French and English) preferred</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Experience with POS systems and staff scheduling tools</p></li><li><p class="text-node"><strong>Legal right to work in Canada</strong></p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
