<p class="text-node"><em>Role&nbsp;: </em>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node"><strong>We are looking for a Reception Supervisor for a full-time, permanent position within the Épik Collection group.</strong></p><p class="text-node"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p class="text-node"><strong>This position requires an experienced individual who is operational from day one and able to travel between our various establishments.</strong></p><p class="text-node"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p class="text-node"><em>Primary Responsibilities</em></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">Under the supervision of the Accommodation Services Manager and the Operations Director, as a Reception Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supervising, mobilizing, and supporting the reception team on a daily basis.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensuring smooth reception operations and maintaining a high level of service quality and customer experience.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Managing complex situations, complaints, emergencies, and operational issues professionally.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinating communications between teams and the various establishments of the group.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participating in the planning of operations (schedules, procedures, administrative follow-ups, and work organization).</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contributing to the training, integration, and development of team members.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborating with different departments to ensure the proper functioning of the establishments.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensuring an operational presence at the reception and providing on-site support when required.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensuring compliance with ÉPIK Collection's policies, procedures, and standards.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Actively participating in the organization’s internal initiatives, projects, and committees.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;"><em>&nbsp;</em></span></p><p class="text-node"><em>Working Conditions</em></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Variable work schedule, including daytime, evening shifts, and weekends.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The supervisor position requires traveling from one establishment to another multiple times a day.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <em>Occasionally, the holder of this position may be asked to work other shifts to replace a colleague.</em></span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Compensation varies based on the candidate's work experience and qualifications.</span></p>

Requirements

<p class="text-node"><em>Desired Profile – Qualifications and Skills</em></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Relevant experience in supervising or coordinating a reception team in a hotel environment;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, ideally in similar establishments;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent mastery of Opera Cloud / Opera PMS (essential requirement);</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong leadership, work organization, and decision-making skills;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multi-establishment environment under pressure;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and recognized aptitude in problem-solving and conflict management;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong customer service orientation, professionalism, sense of responsibility, and collaborative spirit;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High adaptability, autonomy, versatility, and quick learning ability;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Availability and flexibility to work according to a variable schedule (day, evening, weekend) and to travel between the group's establishments;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good knowledge of operational procedures and emergency protocols in a hotel environment;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; College diploma in hospitality, tourism, or related field (asset).</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">Personal qualities sought:</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mobilizing leadership,</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Initiative,</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Resourcefulness,</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dynamism,</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professionalism,&nbsp;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Integrity,</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent sense of teamwork.</span></p>
