We stand out for the importance we place on employee collaboration, innovation in our work techniques, and our desire to achieve our goals while having fun.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong><em>Role:</em></strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Take leadership and overall responsibility for the receptions of Épik Collection to ensure (and encourage) an effective daily operation.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Be the eyes and ears of the Accommodation Manager during their absence.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong><em>Main Tasks</em></strong></p><p class="text-node">Under the supervision of the Accommodation Manager and the Director of Operations, as Reception and Reservations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Supervise, coordinate, and assess the work of receptionists and reservation clerks across all shifts, ensuring consistency of practices among the teams;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Establish overall departmental schedules and work methods in collaboration with the supervisors and the accommodation manager, and coordinate activities with other departments of the establishment;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Act as the main escalation point for customer complaints or unresolved operational situations and resolve work-related issues;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Prepare and present progress reports and other reports to the accommodation manager and the director of operations, and support them in analyzing the department's performance indicators (occupancy rates, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency);</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Actively participate in staff recruitment and ensure continuous training for receptionists and reservation clerks regarding tasks, safety guidelines, and company policies;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Order supplies and material necessary for reception operations;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure the proper functioning of computers, equipment, and machinery, and oversee their maintenance and repair;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage emergency or unforeseen situations in the absence of the accommodation manager;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Perform, as needed, duties normally assigned to supervised employees;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Coordinate communications between teams and the various establishments of the group and collaborate with them;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Assist the accommodation manager and the director of operations with group bookings and events management.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong><em>Working Conditions</em></strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Full-time schedule (day and evening, including weekends);</p></li><li><p class="text-node">The position requires traveling from one establishment to another several times a day;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">The holder of this position may be called to work other shifts to cover for a colleague;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Compensation varies based on the candidate's work experience and qualifications.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
