Status: Full-time,
Evening shift: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Salary:$18.02 / h
The pool lifeguard ensures the safety of users in our magnificent indoor pool. They are an essential person within our establishment, as their work consists of monitoring clients around the pool to prevent accidents and rescue those in danger of drowning, using recognized techniques. They resuscitate if necessary and provide required first aid. They evacuate swimmers and prohibit access to the pool when they judge that safety cannot be ensured. They are also responsible for checking water quality and recording information in a register.
Responsabilities:
- Inform people about the necessity of aquatic safety measures
- Prevent risks and dangers that may occur around and in the pool
- Monitor swimmers to ensure compliance with current regulations and to assist them in case of difficulties
- Resuscitate victims and provide first aid to injured persons
- Fill out incident forms, including witnesses
- Ensure proper functioning of facilities and rescue equipment
- Perform water tests and add adequate amounts of chemicals to protect swimmers' health
- Complete the register on water quality and events
- Ensure observation and application of company regulations

Requirements:
Possess a National Lifeguard (NL) certificate and be at least 17 years old
