Your missions
• Coordinate lodging, front desk, food and beverage, maintenance, and golf operations.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with quality standards.
• Supervise and support department managers in achieving performance objectives.
• Ensure consistent quality of services delivered to guests.
• Efficiently manage the human, material, and financial resources under your responsibility.
• Implement and monitor operational performance indicators.
• Participate in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate in budget management and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and occupational health and safety standards.
• Actively contribute to the development of a service-oriented culture and continuous improvement.

Your profile
• University or college degree in hotel management, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality and food service industry.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team engagement skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., PMS, POS) and strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule based on operational needs.
Assets:
• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Knowledge of CITQ standards and certifications.
• Training in occupational health and safety.
