Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily front desk operations and ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front desk operations, including arrivals, departures, and reservations.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and concerns.

  • Enforce and uphold all hotel policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience.

  • Monitor occupancy levels, manage room inventory, and support revenue optimization.

  • Prepare and analyze front desk performance reports.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and high standard of personal presentation at all times.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in front office management or hospitality leadership preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bilingual (English/French) 

  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
