Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily front desk operations and ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily front desk operations, including arrivals, departures, and reservations.

Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service.

Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and concerns.

Enforce and uphold all hotel policies and procedures.

Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience.

Monitor occupancy levels, manage room inventory, and support revenue optimization.

Prepare and analyze front desk performance reports.

Maintain a professional demeanor and high standard of personal presentation at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in front office management or hospitality leadership preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual (English/French)
Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
