<h3>Your Role – Night Auditor</h3>
<p>As a <strong>Night Auditor</strong>, you are responsible for ensuring the continuity of hotel operations during the night while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of daily financial transactions.</p>
<p>You play a key role both operationally and administratively, delivering professional guest service while completing system closures and preparing daily reports.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Review and verify daily financial transactions</li>
<li>Identify discrepancies, adjust accounts, and update guest records</li>
<li>Balance cash and complete end-of-day closing procedures</li>
<li>Prepare night audit and revenue reports</li>
<li>Welcome late arrivals and process early departures</li>
<li>Answer calls and handle reservations</li>
<li>Address guest requests and resolve concerns professionally</li>
<li>Perform front desk duties during the night shift</li>
<li>Prepare and communicate a detailed handover to the morning team</li>
<li>Relay guest requests and operational updates to day teams</li>
<li>Perform any other related duties as required</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in hotel front desk operations (night audit experience is an asset)</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities</li>
<li>High level of accuracy, autonomy, and attention to detail</li>
<li>Comfortable with computer systems and financial operations</li>
<li>Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) required</li>
<li>Knowledge of <strong>FOSSE</strong> (an asset)</li>
