Manager

At Table 51, we believe in warm welcomes, great meals, and a team that feels like family. As our manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the restaurant—leading by example, supporting our staff, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of front- and back-of-house staff
• Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and quality
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and staffing
• Handle customer feedback with grace and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with ownership and kitchen leadership on improvements and new ideas

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred) in a high volume restaurant 
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and team development
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)

- minimum 2 years experience as a manager at a high volume restaurant 

- must be willing to work at both our locations if necessary
