Our mission: to offer delicious beverages, homemade recipes, and a</p><p class="text-node">warm service with fresh and local ingredients.</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Your mission</strong></p><p class="text-node">Ensure the <strong>operational, human, and commercial management</strong> of the café to guarantee an</p><p class="text-node">impeccable customer experience, the smooth daily operation of the establishment, and the</p><p class="text-node">performance of the team.</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><p class="text-node"><strong>Team Management</strong></p><p class="text-node">-Train, motivate, and supervise the team (baristas and production)</p><p class="text-node">-Organize schedules, ensure replacements, and manage vacations</p><p class="text-node">-Lead briefings and cultivate a positive work atmosphere</p><p class="text-node">-Evaluate performance and ensure regular follow-up</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Operational Management</strong></p><p class="text-node">-Supervise the opening, operation, and closing of the point of sale</p><p class="text-node">-Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards at Columbus</p><p class="text-node">-Control inventory, place orders, receive and organize deliveries</p><p class="text-node">-Manage the cash register (cash account and balancing)</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Commercial Development</strong></p><p class="text-node">-Ensure exemplary customer reception and consistent service quality</p><p class="text-node">-Implement and monitor upselling and customer retention actions</p><p class="text-node">-Analyze performance indicators and optimize sales</p><p class="text-node">-Promote seasonal products, new items, and merchandise</p>
