<p><b>Your main responsibilities:</b></p>
<p><b>Management & Supervision</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day
activities of maintenance staff</li>
<li>Train, support and motivate your team</li>
<li>Ensure the application of internal policies
and Hilton standards</li>
<li>Manage the distribution of work and intervene
in the event of conflicts</li>
<li>
Ensure the cleanliness of the spaces and the
quality inspection of the rooms </li>
</ul>
<p><b>Control of Material Resources</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage inventories,
equipment and supplies</li>
<li>
Ensure the proper functioning of the
facilities and ensure supplies </li>
</ul>
<p><b>Service & Quality</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure
an exceptional customer experience</li>
<li>Conduct rigorous inspections of hotel spaces</li>

Assist with housekeeping as
needed </li>
