Job description

Location:1699 Chemin du Mont-Gabriel, Sainte-Adèle, QC, Canada J8B 1A5

Status: Part time,weekend availability

Salary:18.35$ /h

Number of positions: 4 openings

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping attendant is in charge to ensure that the hotel rooms, common areas, and equipment are clean and in good working order.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning of common areas, hallways, and other designated areas to established standards.
  • Change bedding and towels in hotel rooms and suites.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers.
  • Ensure cleaning products are used safely and in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Clean windows and mirrors in hotel rooms and common areas.
  • Empty trash cans and ensure waste is disposed of appropriately.
  • Report necessary repairs and replacements to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Adhere to hotel safety policies and emergency procedures.
  • Adhere to deadlines for cleaning work.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and products.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team or independently.
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
  • Good physical condition to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift.
  • High school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of English is an asset.
