Located in the heart of the Saint-Roch district in Quebec, our charming boutique hotel welcomes guests into colorful and carefully decorated suites. To complete our amazing team, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic person for the position of housekeeper.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Prepare and maintain rooms and suites with care and attention to detail

- Ensure that every guest arrives in an impeccable and welcoming space

- Restock welcome products and linens

- Report any maintenance or repair needs

- Collaborate with the team to provide a memorable customer experience

- Experience in hotel housekeeping (minimum 2 years required)

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel housekeeping (boutique hotel, hotel, or luxury residence an asset)

- Training in hygiene and sanitation (an asset)

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Mastery of cleaning and disinfection techniques for rooms and bathrooms

- Knowledge of cleaning products and their safe use (WHMIS)

- Ability to make beds according to hotel standards (hospital corner, impeccable bedding)

- Capability to restock welcome products and bathroom items

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness

- Strong physical capacity: standing for long periods, lifting light loads

- Independence, rigor, and reliability

- Discretion and respect for guests' privacy

- Professional attitude and impeccable customer service

AVAILABILITY:

- Available full-time (40h/week)

- Available on weekends and holidays

- Flexibility for day and late afternoon shifts

LANGUAGES:

- Spoken French required

- Basic English (an asset for communication with guests)
