<p class="text-node"><strong>About the role:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node">The host/hostess&nbsp;is the first to greet guests with courtesy and a smile, creating a positive first impression of the restaurant and bar. They&nbsp;are responsible for&nbsp;managing reservations, knowing the menus, and organizing the service areas. Requirements

<p class="text-node"><strong>What you bring:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Good communication&nbsp;skills in&nbsp;French, both oral and written;&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">An intermediate level of English&nbsp;is required to&nbsp;provide professional service to international customers, understand their specific requests, and respond effectively;&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Strong customer service experience with superior interpersonal skills, professionalism, and discretion.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge of food and beverage operations, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); experience with OpenTable is an asset.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Previous&nbsp;experience in luxury hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus; ability to stand for extended periods.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p class="text-node">&nbsp;</p>
