Job description
As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll work closely with the Guest Services Manager, Sales Agent, and Concierge team to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for throughout their journey with us. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Assisting the sales agent in recommending the best-fit properties and closing bookings
- Supporting the concierge team in organizing reservations, planning arrivals and departures
- Helping guests plan their activities and make personalized recommendations
Requirements
- You have experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or tourism
- You are bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
- You’re a natural communicator and problem solver, with a keen eye for detail
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- You are comfortable navigating multiple digital tools and systems
