Job description
The Staybridge Suites Montreal Airport – St-Laurent is a brand-new hotel under construction located near Montreal Airport. With 183 rooms and suites, this extended-stay property will open its doors in July 2025.
We are currently seeking a Sales Director to oversee the hotel’s sales efforts. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the General Manager and will play a key role in the commercial development of the hotel.
The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with key market players, actively prospect new clients, respond to incoming leads, and represent the hotel to corporate, government, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute the sales plan, integrated into the department’s daily activities

Manage prospecting, RFPs, account management, and contract creation in Delphi

Maintain and develop relationships with key client accounts

Be responsible for achieving budgeted revenue and increasing market share

Oversee the hotel’s marketing initiatives, including promotional materials, advertising, and the website

Ensure the integrity of client data in reservation systems

Prepare performance reports (daily, monthly, annual)

Collaborate with the revenue department to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy

Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager

Requirements
Three (3) years of experience in hospitality Sales
