Role & Mission

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Group Sales Manager plays a critical role in strategic business development and achievement of the hotel’s financial objectives. As an ambassador of the Vogue, this person is responsible for identifying new markets, managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, and implementing strategies that optimize occupancy and revenue. This role requires exceptional service, a consultative sales approach, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

Business Development & Prospecting

  •  Cultivate existing segments (corporate, association, and leisure), prospect demand sources, and convert new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Participate in trade shows, sales missions, and client events.

Portfolio Management & Sales Cycle

  • Manage all group requests (RFPs) proactively and professionall
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals aligned with pricing strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts while ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Maintain full follow‑up from qualification to contract signature.

Internal Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with Reservations, Events, Front Office, and Banquets teams.
  • Participate in operational meetings and ensure accurate communication of group details

Sales Analysis & Performance

  • Track performance, analyze market trends, and recommend action plans.
  • Contribute to monthly forecasts and performance reporting.
  • Ensure accurate system data in Delphi and other Hilton systems.
GGuest Experience & Brand Representation 
  • Deliver highly personalized, responsive service.
  • Represent the Vogue brand and embody its luxury‑lifestyle positioning.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and foster long‑term loyalty

Requirements

We are seeking a professional passionate about luxury hospitality, with a strong sense of service and strategic sales skills.

Experience & Education

·        2-3 years of experience in group or corporate sales

·        Experience in a luxury, lifestyle or boutique hotel is an asset. 

·        Education in hospitality, business, commerce, or marketing.

·        Familiarity with Delphi, Opera, and CRM systems.
